1. Scan PCI segment 0 to save time by default(You can enable by Option->Multi-Segment PCI).
2. Update latest PCI ID database from https://github.com/pciutils/pciids.git
3. Update Thrid-Party tools for the Full version(Everything, WiseCare365, SnapShot).
4. If unexpected error occurred during SCPC checking, show it as ">"< No valid result, abort!" instead of "FAIL".
5. Modify remote database update rules.
